1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
For international orders, please contact us before purchasing — we can arrange bespoke shipping using trusted global couriers such as DHL or FedEx (additional fees apply).
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your cookies are baked, packed, and ready, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
We bake and ship Monday to Thursday to ensure your cookies arrive fresh.
Orders placed after 9pm will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Times & Costs
DPD Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland): £5.50
Other UK destinations: Royal Mail Tracked 24–48 hours
International: DHL or FedEx (price based on destination — please contact us for a quote)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.
If you need your order urgently, express shipping can be arranged upon request (additional fees may apply).
4. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, Crack Cookies is not responsible for courier delays or missed deliveries.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly first, then email us at info@crackcookies.co.uk if you need further assistance.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
Crack Cookies is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply before the order is sent again.
6. Perishable Goods & Delivery Responsibility
Our cookies are perishable and baked fresh to order, so we cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
Orders delayed or left outside by the courier
Incorrect delivery addresses
Missed deliveries or uncollected parcels
We strongly recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive the order.
